New York State Division of Veterans' Services

Camp Lejeune

  • Did you serve on active duty at any time between August 1, 1953, and December 31, 1987?

  • Were you stationed at Camp Lejeune for at least 30 days during that time period?

If the answer to both questions is “yes,” then you were exposed to contaminants in the water supply at Camp Lejeune and may be eligible for disability compensation due to this exposure.

Medical conditions linked with exposure to these contaminants in the water include:

  • Adult Leukemia
  • Aplastic Anemia
  • Bladder Cancer
  • Kidney Cancer
  • Liver Cancer
  • Multiple Myeloma (cancer that attacks your plasma cells)
  • Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
  • Parkinson’s Disease

Our Veterans Benefits Advisors will gladly prepare and file your claim for disability compensation based on exposure to contaminants in the water at Camp Lejeune.
